Allen Samuels Dodge of Katy Senior Citizen Ripped Off Katy Texas

 I went to Allen Samuels Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Katy, Texas and got ripped off! I went there to get a new car. I got assisted by a salesman named Eddie Bartlett. He took me on a test drive in a Jeep. I asked him if it was a V6 and he said no, so back to the lot we go because I only wanted a V6. He then takes me and shows me a 2013 Dodge Journey. At the end of the day I bought the Journey. Two weeks later I find out I am in a 4 cylinder!!!! How can that be? My salesman KNEW I wanted a V6, thats why I did not buy the Jeep!! It was clearly stated! I immediately call Dodge and spoke to Eddie. He says he will call me back and never does. Even now through all this, I have yet see or speak to Eddie. Management does not call back either, NOTHING OR NO ONE DOES!!! Days go by, phone calls were made and nothing! I have had the car for a bit and ever since I found out it was a 4 cylinder, I have been trying to get out of it with no help from Allen Samuels. So car lot to car lot I go. Finally on September 13, 2013 I go to Kia and they said you need to go back to Dodge in person and tell them that something needs to be done. I did that. I meet with JOHH VAUGHN, MANAGER. He shook my hand and says " One way or another, I will fix the problem.".  He disappears, comes back raging mad because of some questions I had, points his finger at me and says "I dont know whos ridiculous idea this was, but I am NOT going to do that." I was trying to show him how much I had spent on monthly car payments up until now for a car I thought was a V6. I get him calmed down and he says "Call me in 3 hours.". So I do. And NOTHING. HE doesnt even talk to me! Some one else had to. John Vaughn leaves me waiting all weekend. So I wait. I call him back Monday and hes aggravated saying I need to be more patient. How much more patient can I be! Someone from the lot calls and says I need to bring in some paperwork and I do. John Vaughn refuses to come out of his office. I can see him at his desk eating from his 2 bags of McDonalds food. His office has windows and is up front. So I hand over my papers and leave. No calls again!!! So I track down the owner of Allen Samuels Dodge, Mr. Lowry. All he does, after hearing my concerns, is have a Brian Johnson (Manager) call me and give me the run around yet again! After telling him what has happened with Eddie and John, he says he doesnt believe it, basically calling me a lier and protecting his staff. Brian told me the same lies and did nothing but leave me waiting. The financial director was no help at all, she decided it was appropriate to hang up on me when I asked to see proof of what she had actually did! No one has shown me any paperwork! NOTHING!!!!!! I have requested it! Nothing. All of them have seem to forgot the real reason I am there. I am not there to buy a new car. I am there to get the car I thought I was paying for, a V6 2013 Dodge Journey. All Eddie saw was a 70 year old women (that had a hard time walking) and money in his pocket. He got his commission and so did Allen Samuels. I have lost $4400.00 and still have a car that was sold under fraudulent and devious sales and practices. I want nothing more then what I thought I was orginally buying. And that was told expressively to all involved. They are now completely ignoring me. They have run me through the flint mill. How in the world can they get away with such misdeeds?
