Worst company ever to work with starting from managment team in the office they all do not respect us, H.R. does not care they defend them even if they are being unfair to employees. Starting from George Sosa screaming at you and cursing at you not proffessional at all infront of Jason from H.R. they all beleived what Livan Pineda said about me (acount manager from Hines property in miami fl) he wanted to fire me, and he tried to make up stories about me.
Jason from H.R. told me that hes the account manager and he could disrespect me and i was wrong for speaking up for my self. This company is all appareance and if you sleep with them they move you up!! They treat guards like if theyre worth nothing.
Thats why they are always hiring because either guards leave or they are firing left to right!! That office in 7300 nw 19 st miami fl 33126 suite 400 is a mess very unproffessional.
