Allied Data Corp Harrassing Phone Calls Houston Texas

Caller ID says CommSidingMaint. when actually it is Allied Data Corp. which is a collection agency for companies such as AVON. They are extremely rude and argumentive, talking over you when you try to say something.

They use what is called "Strong Arm" tactics by threatening and trying to manipulate you into making a payment over the phone. They refuse to send a bill by mail and refuse to give a mailing address to send payment. They demand payment over the phone by either a credit card or bank information. They threaten attorney fees and court costs and other legalities and do their best to belittle you.

Also-They are NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau due to their misconduct.

Do not give them any banking information over the phone as this is much harder to prove that you paid the bill then sending them a check or money order by certified mail-which they refuse to allow.

They will call up to 13 times a day.
