allstate arena WOULD NOT ACCOMMODATE! des plaines Illinois

so...I will NEVER support nor go to the Allstate Arena ever again...I have NEVER been so mistreated in all my life! I bought tickets from a 3rd party, the tickets were sent, verifed by FEDEX and then lost...I went to the box office and was told I needed to provide seat numbers...I contacted the 3rd party seller, and I now have the invoice, the section, the row and the seat numbers, and when I called corporate allstate arena, because the box office doesn't have a phone, they told me they would do nothing to help me, they would NOT allow me in, because I did not purchase tickets from them directly, and I did not have a ticket to scan. I said I was wiling to wait until the show started and then they would see that there would be nobody in those seats, because I purchased them! They HUNG up on me, shouting through the phone that it was "too bad and I am not going to do anything to help you!" then I called back and they HUNG UP ON ME before any words were spoken. Merry frickin Christmas! It's not like these are super bowl tickets, but I was really looking forward to going to the Trans Siberian Orchestra tomorrow night, and now there will be 3 really good empty seats, all because the Allstate Arena would not accommodate or work with me at all, considering the circumstances. The corporate male supervisor further told me that the people I purchased from are scammers ,and I know the company I purchased from is legitimate, as other people I know have purchased tickets from them, and used them with no problems ever. I have added to their F rating at the Better Business Bureau.
