I sure wish that I had saw this site before I Order From allvetmed.com.  This "Company should be shut down.  I place an order back on 11-24-12 and I paid for it too at that time.  I got no Emails stating that they received or shipped my order.  So on 11-29-12, I checked that order status, which was "Processing".  So I called, OMG!!!!  When I Finally got someone she sounded like a 12 young girl and the sevice was bad.  If I talked to people like that I would be fired.  I asked her the status of my order.  She stated that it was on back order.  Now tell me why a item that was on back order could have been list on sale on their site. So I told her to cancel my order, which she was happy to do.  I then asked about my refund.  I was then told that the company did not receive payment from me which I found was hard to believe since my account showed it it.  So I hung up and contact my credit company who stated that the company did get the payment on the SAME day I placed the order.  I called allvetmed, back  I was place on hold I don't know how many times.  When to got someone it was the same girl.  I told her that I contacted my credit service who stated that their company did receive payment.  The Girl stated that I would receive payment within 24 hours which seem odd to me.  

 24 hours went by I called them back.  Once again I was on hold.  While I was on hold I sent a email to customer service.  I was on hold so long that I was place in a voice mail.  I left a message.  I called back again, once again i was place on hold, and once again I was place in a voice mail. I once agin left an message.  I called back, and I finally talked to someone.  Sounded like the same girl from before.  I told her the problem and she then told me that it would take 48 hours to see a refund.  I asked who takes care of the accounts and she told me a McGala  who was on vacation. I asked her how can i get a refunded within 48 hours if he is not at work.  She told me to call back monday and ask for him.   I don't think im going to get my money back.  I hope the company gets shut down.  They are nothing but liars and crooks.  I will continue to try to get my money.  It was a large amount that I don't have to waste.
