 I signed contract with this old lady Anette and did not read carefully. One day late of my rent and she was at my door demanding cash. Had to pay all utilities, cut grass, nothing was included in my lease, not event repairs. So I am glad I terminated with her and found great house with all included and cost me $600 less than her deal. No recommended to sign lease with her. There is so much to chose, but away my rent with her and all bills was around $2000. Thank you very much, but the treatment I received was unaceptable.
