alpha warranty services they took 175.00 and lied about calling me to confirm for the payment i hope the loose everything they need sued very rud they take advantage of people im a diabetic and need meds and they hurt me i have to scrape to get it now rices landing, Pennsylvania

there a rip off they say things and then they dont do them there rude when u call them they need to be sued where they loose there butts they lie to u to get u to buy the product and when u cancelle they tell u its to late

Im very disappointed to see a negative experience reported about Alpha Warranty Services on this site. Our reputation is very important to us. In fact, our company promise is to offer fast, reliable service of superior quality, delivering this service with integrity. If we haven't delivered on this promise, we want to know about it so we can remedy the situation. Please contact us at concerns at alphawarranty.com.

If any of our customers have questions or concerns we encourage them to contact us directly so we can resolve these issues with them. In fact, we provide an Appeals Process to any customer that believes that their claim was mishandled. The appeal is reviewed by an individual that did not participate in the original claim decision to ensure that the claim was handled properly and the correct decision was made.

Based on the little information provided, I'm inclined to believe that this is not a legitimate complaint. In fact, many of the statements made do not match up with our policies or processes. First off, we don't process payments. The individual refers to $175 that we took. We don't take payments for our protection plans. There are partners that accept monthly payments for our protection plans. If one of these partners wrongly retained an amount that should have been refunded, please contact us immediately and we will ensure that the $175 is refunded.

As far as the complaint about cancellation, I am not quite sure what to make of it as it is very difficult to understand what is being implied. Our programs are refundable and each protection plan contains information regarding our cancellation process. In fact, we even provide a full refund within 30 days. We recognize that everyone needs time to review the coverage of each protection plan we offer. We provide 30 days to read over the plan, speak to our friendly customer service team with questions and make a decision on whether or not to keep their coverage.

Alpha Warranty Services maintains an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau and maintains the cleanest reputation in the vehicle service contract industry. A simple search of competitors in the industry will demonstrate that Alpha maintains the best image and lowest number of complaints due to our commitment to customer service and strong business values.

We also wish to point out that we maintain a satisfaction rate of 99.999%. This is an exact figure. In other words, we receive complaints from less than .001% of our thousands of customers. Were proud of this record and strive to continually improve it.
