I will second complaints regarding CHEAP watches sold, as noted by other complaints.   A bigger problem is the companies "satisfaction guarantee" as well as return policy.

I purchased a ring ADVERTISED and SOLD as size 7.  Upon receipt, I could not get the ring on my ring finger. Immediately measured it, finding it to be ACTUALLY a size 6-1/2.  Definitely NOT a size 7.

It took over THREE attempts to receive response by email. First response from the company was simply "What size is it?"  Two more emails to company to finajly obtain required return authorization.

Then the REAL fun begins.   I included photograph of ring on mandrel verifying WRONG size.  Since the ring was FALSELY ADVERTISED, return should NOT have been an issue.   I was charged a RESTOCKING FEE....Mind you, the website states "100% guranatee if item is not as advertised"......definitely applies in this case with mis-sizing.   THe website also states restocking fee MAY be applied.    As a business, a restocking fee should NOT be charged if the item is falsely advertised.  TO top it off, they collected Texas state sales tax, and did not even bother to return that.

CUrrently have complaints with the better business bureau, and in contact with the state comprtoller regarding their non return of collected sales tax.  Will investigate the State Atty General's website for appropriate complaint process as well.

Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.  If you determine that an item is NOT as adverstised, they still make money off you by collecting a "restocking fee"...and will turn around and sell the item AGAIN!!! Very unprofessional company...RUN, don't walk, in the other direction!!
