In december of 2011 I purchased a horse from Amanda brown stoffel dba dia Tia preformance horses. Horse was 300 lbs under weight and was in lots of pain. Two years later after thousand dollars worth of vet bills to rehab the horse to a healthy weight and pain free life, this woman attempted to sell my horse claiming I was "feed leasing" the horse from her. Horse was being stabled at a ranch (old dove ranch) where she resided In one of the shacks on the property. Sheriffs department were involved and horse was picked up at mount Miguel equestrian center in Bonita California. This horse was apart of our family and was used as therapy for kids, learning how to ride.
she then filed a falsified restraining order to steal the horse AGAIN from me in the middle of the night to resale the horse for a low dirt cheap price of $1500
I took Amanda To court to prove I was the owner and won. We are still pending the return of my horse back to me.
this is a warning to all out there to never to business with this scam artist. She is a thief and a very sneaky untrustworthy person.
