Amazon stole my money! They steal your money and put the rest of your funds on hold for 90 days! They close your account after a buyer claims something arrived broken AFTER 165 days! The buyer gets their money back plus you LOSE YOUR ITEM! Their own policy is 90 days. Buyers know this and abuse the system to get item free. Apparently, there is nothing we can do about this but bring a class action lawsuit against these criminals. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, not to mention the thousands they took in bloated fees through my seller account. I had no problem until I started selling an item and underbidding amazon on the same item. This is a big NO NO as they do not want competition. They close your account and then jack their price way up compared to what you where selling it for after they shut you down.
Now these crooks are holding on to my money(over $1,000), and it appears this is happening to alot of people. They are making interest on our money.
What can we do?
