East Coast Jeeps (Smyrna, Georgia ) & Amazon
In the past three weeks I have had the dis pleasure of dealing with East Coast Jeeps in Smyrna Ga.
I bought an item that came from the factory that didn't fit my truck, e-mail them several times to get a refund number, but East Coast Jeeps wants to do is hold you up and take your money. I urge anyone buying parts from them to buy from another vender, you will be money ahead not to deal with East Coast Jeeps, they kept blaming Amazon. It was thru Amazon that i ordered Air breather intake. East Coast Jeeps wanted me to prove item didn't fit my 2011 Dodge 5.7 hemi. I told they intake tube was too long, and i wanted a refund, they refunded 50% of $282.61, ($135.00). I filed a disagreement with Amazon, they sided with East Coast Jeeps on 50% refund , if Amazon and East Coast Jeeps keep this up they can make good profits.

You ordered the wrong part number. This was not our mistake. You returned a used and scratched up part. We refunded you 50% because of this.
