yes i been doing business on amazon for years and not single problem.as long as i payed in cash and didnt try to return anything.that all changed in august.after getting all bad items.i contacted customer service and got help.and was going fine tiill account speacalists got involed.and closed my account and then refused to take care of any of the other items.i ended up having to through them out and replace them myself.i only contacted customer service ten times before i got the boot.so i warn you do not shop amazon.unless you want loose money.
