AMC Mortgage And Argent Mortgage Issued a phoney mortgage to a predatory lender Schaumburg Illinois

My home is being stolen from me through a predatory lender named RYM Technology and the owner Felix Daniel of Southfield Michigan.

A loan was issued to them through Argent Mortgage and then sold to AMC Mortgage. When I found out what happened I called AMC and their attorney Michelle Ratledge and was told they would stop the foreclosure and investigate.

Thankfully the FBI, Justice Dept, State of Illinois Attorney General, State of Illinois Sec. of State, Internal Revenue Fraud Division and others have become involved but as of July 23, 2007 AMC is still trying to get a judge to let them take my home. My attorney is fighting them in court. (Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago)

In addition NBC Nightly News and MSNBC News are doing pieces. The Danish Public Broadcasting who wants to do a documentary has also contacted me.

I need as much information as you have regarding the connection between AMC and Argent.

In addition to Illinois' injunctions Utah and Arizona have also filed injunctions after RYM Technology (also works under Penny Properties) stole homes in their states.

I am confident we will win in both the criminal (FBI) and civil lawsuits but I am so scared that before this comes to court AMC will foreclose on my home. (I have lived here 22 years and yes, I am still here)
