Once again, a telemarketer calls and is able to misconstrue a "yes" answer from an unsuspecting employee. For many years, we have been harassed by this company (as well as many other listing companies) SAY NO TO THESE PEOPLE. They will not stop calling. Gather ALL the phone numbers attached to your business and have ready to fax to them for their DO NOT CALL list.
