Received letter with incorrect grammar  from America Mega Million Lottery Sweepstakes and check for $6650, saying I matched the first 5 numbers  with specific  entry #. Claimed I won $350,000 and that they were contracted by the Multi-State Lottery ASsociation to find winners that have not claimed their winnings and help them through the claiming process. Stated co-operation was mandatory "and meant to satisfy all official laws and protocol as mandated by Federal and State regulations on sweepstakes winnings. "Final Notice The $6650 is supposed to provide help to pay taxes , insurance, handling and shipping fees, but the tax amount is only $5100. Since I deserve special treatment their rep will hand deliver $350,000 directly to my door after I complete the claim . I'm supposed to call immediately to Josh Parker Claims Manager at 1-647-716-0663. Elsewhere on the flyer that number belongs to Ted Jr who is the office registrar. They even assigned me a specific PIN " for security purpose" with 2 slashes and USA in it, which I'm to quote every time I call.

Remember:

1. "We are treating your claim as a most urgent matter" (I bet!)

2."In order to avoid cases of misappropriation and mishandling of prize money, discretion and confidentiality are of outmost importance"   (foreigner!  Don't tell anyone about this who will talk you out of it! )

3. "Correct Name and Address required for accurate prize disbursement. We are not responsible for unclaimed winnings after deadlines stated in this document." (no deadline in document)

"Please sign and detach to give to our representative when you receive your check of $343,350 (not holding my breath)with tear off slip.

0Yes, I am the person mentioned above and my name, address and personal information is correct

0Yes, I am the person mentioned in the above letter but my personal information is not correct.

Special Conveyance Offices: This document bearing the identity of the receiver shall be filed in our corporate facility where all such records are kept. Date: Oct 12th, 2016.

Asks for my first and last name, address and my signature. ( so they can forge my name when they apply for credit?) And then they are willing on my say-so of who I am and signature , to hand over $343,350 at my front door in a check that is not any good to get me arrested instead of themselves.  Yup, no signed notarized affidavit required, no ID required. I'm so special and deserving!

Sorry fellas, I didn't just get off the boat like you did!
