Echoing what so many others have reported. As stated in a class action lawsuit filed in 2010 against America's Servicing Company, for "breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing", among other charges, there is no intent to modify the mortgage with Wells Fargo; there never was an intention. After getting caught in the send-resend-send-some-more documentation hamster wheel, I finally went online and discovered how many others are being scammed by Wells Fargo, its representative, and their fraudulent practices. How dare they!!! Asking other Ohioans to continue to report America's Servicing Company to the Ohio Attorney General's Office, the Federal Trade Commission, local representatives, etc.
