america standard/anchor house financial Toni LYING CHEATING B*ST**DS Montecito, California

On August 14 2011, I called american standard to see about purchasing a house and toni is the lady I spoke to. she said there is no credit check, all I have to do is look through there listings of houses that are in foreclosure send out forms to the houses and they should respond immediately. I payed the $199.00 supposively there were houses on the market for forclosure....I drove to a couple of houses and noticed that there was no for sale/forclosure signs on the 5 houses i drove to. I called and asked Toni and reasured me that it takes about two months by the time the owners respond....I told her i wanted to cancell she said iI had to wait the 90 days. so I did and now am here reading the fraud report....i asked the lady what is their address and it pops up as a different property location suite #b 106.
