You say I have your info, but how is that?  Your name is not posted here so I cannot look you up by name.  You have not contacted me directly, as far as I know, which is VERY easy to do.  So, again, if you have a valid complaint do not make broad, vague accusations.  Let's talk specifics or not talk at all.

the ceo of this company should and the other companys should look at the big picture i called your co every day ,each time i got a different person. i did what i wa``s asked to do ,but here 3 months later the same old thingn your co was warranty america, now american auto shield wha`t ha`p`pen  you give me a number to call and i will call you  carl and rosemary h  (((Redacted)))                     you have my info nothing has changed

I am the CFO and Operations Manager of AAS.  This "complaint" is conspicuously lacking any facts or details.  Just because a claim is denied does NOT mean the contract was "not honored".  We pay over a million dollars a month in claims.  If the customer thinks he has a valid complaint he should contact me directly - not post some obscure comment on a site without us even knowing about it.
