Your report is missing some documentation. What is your contract about the insurance? There are certain things I can see why they denied your claim. One is $10,000 is quite high for a repair to a mobile home. A mobile home value cannot be compared to a real house. Even you put $10,000 into a mobile home does not mean the value of the home will increase that much. As a result, a claim for $10,000 seems to be too high and/or unreasonable. The other is the length of time you have had the insurance. You took the policy less than 2 months before the incident, and then you attempted to make a claim. This does sound fishy and may trigger an alarm to the insurance company. Also, I am not sure if there is any time period stated in the contract requiring a certain time period to be passed?

Anyway, you need to show the readers what is written in your contract. Who knows, someone may be able to find some wording that may be used to counter your insurance denied of the claims.
