This company is selling refurbished phones that look brand new in the box. DO NOT BE FOOLED. i have purchased many phones from them in the short time ive known them and have learned the hard way that its best not to buy anything from them. If i buy 10 phones, 9 will have some type of charging problem (not charging, funny noises while charging etc.), and the last phone will come out with a variety of different types of problems such as phones constantly freezing, cheap chinese batteries that go out in two days, etc. If you dont catch the problem at first, the customer will definately be back within a day or two with problems with the phones. These refurbished phones are complete crap. And whats worse is that once you buy from them, you are STUCK FOR LIFE. Ive sent the same phones back to them (paid out of my own pocket) about four or five times and keep getting the same phones back with the same problems, untouched. They will not do a refund even if youve had the same problem 10 times in a row. Customer service from the reps is horrible as well. I was dealing with a girl named MERCEDES MEDRANO. This woman has caused me to deal with many very pissed off customers. I sent some phones back with issues (which was an everyday thing with them), paid for shipping out of pocket every time which is becoming just as expensive as buying the d**n phones to begin with, and she keeps telling me for weeks that the repair man is about to work on it today and he'll have it ready within a few days. This went on for a couple weeks PER PHONE. Everytime I send a phone back, it takes about a month for their slow service and the phone returned back to me. Mercedes Medrano also promises everytime to call me back with more info regarding my order or RMA return and has never called me back one time. Last time i even mentioned to her that i had a customer waiting inside my store for a response back from her and she said ok let me call you right back. I called her store about an hour later and called for an hour and never got an answer during business hours. I decided to call with a different number and voila! Someone answered not knowing its me calling. I asked for Mercedes and the girl answered "Oh Mercedes, ummmm, ummmmm.... She has stepped out shes not here". I know she ignores calls from my number because shes tired of sending me phones that dont work. Everytime i call from another number i get an answer right away. So overall as a business owner, I would not wish these doomed phones and this ghetto low life customer service upon my worst enemies.
