american express logistics lgs logistics company forced me to drive illegal. also after quitting decided to hold all my final pay i quit because of medical reasons summit , Illinois

i worked for lgs logistics at the start of employment i was forced to sign a bogus contract, i worked for them for  6 months in that time they changed the name of the company to emaerican express logistics and forced me to get my own trucking company name and federal id that costed 156 dollars i was never warned otr told anthing about this... every dispatch given to me was a team load im a solo driver i then got reprimanded for not making delivery times and was once fined by them for a log book violation of 100 dollars from there i was i was promised i would get home every three weeks the most i ever got home was 6 the last time i had to fly home for a doctors appointment it was the i was hospitalized and my dot medical caedrd was pulled by the doctor for blood pressure too high and heart trouble when i called the company i bascially rold them i needed a long leave aof absence they assumed i quit then the withheld my last paycheck of 1300 dollars i have called them daily now they wont even answer my phone calls
