American Family Fitness Just because you pay membership fees doesn't mean you can use the gym Fredericksburg, Virginia

Being a member of American Family Fitness in Fredericksburg seemed like a good idea. We were in a semi private training program at the center and fell behind on a payment, let me add a payment for training we had not received yet. This training was a separate agreement and was not part of our membership contract.

Lo and behold, I went to the gym today only to discover that I cannot use the gym if the fee for training has not been paid. Our membership fees are automatically paid but we cannot use the facility.

Be careful if you sign up for any elective training. Your use of the gym under the terms of your original contract are subject not only to the membership dues but also tied to any elective fees.

Do not sign any long term agreements with this business because you may live to regret it.
