 I was taken by these scam artists on the pretense of an approved internet loan.

How gullible I was when I was in need.

HOpefully a class action suit will persue.

Their names are John Davis and Steve Harris probably bogus names American Finance Company. out of Dallas Texas so claimed

   You're correct.  This is a common Internet scam.   Scammers use made up names, not only for themselves, but also for their fake company (sometimes they steal the company name from a real company).   There is no one to sue (class action or otherwise) because you sent untraceable cash tranfers to unknown people.
