Iauthorized $200 US Dollars to be withdrawn from my account under the impression that i would receive a visa or mastercard with a spending limit, instead i received a catalog indicating that this was how i would establish my credit and that i would once again only be allowed to make purchases using my debit card again, this is unsatisfactory to what i assumed would be a means of re-estabishing a line of credit
