I was a employee of the company for 9 years.Always one of the top producers in the company. I was fired by a ast mgr with no formal training in magament (which the company offers) for something i was not guilty of.I was asked to sign a write up for this event and refused to amitt to something i was not guilty of and was told if i didnt sign it then dont come back .So i replied so if i dont sign im fired he replied if i didnt sign then dont come back. The Manager or Regional Mgr never contacted me or aproached me 2 day later when i return to pick up my pay check.The Regional mananger handed me my check and never otter a sound.I think it is sorry for a employee to be treated this way i feel the only reason nothing was done because the ast manager who has a hearing and sight inpairment once tthreaten to file charge for discrimanation because of his handcap. I thansfered to this store from the Lexington Ky store in january of 2012 where i was a manager and ast manager and was never offered the position because i feel he was giving the job to solve a problen . This man has never liked me because before i come to the store he was top producer in store. Also think he wanted all my layaway deals because after you no longe with the company the change your deal to their names for the commision on the deal.i loved my job and was in my element i love dealing with peopleand will truelyn miss it.
