american freight furniture i bought a sofa n loveseat they both arrived damage to my home.they changed the sofa but now they giving me a hard time for the loveseat everyday i call they tell me its on the delivery truck.im still winter park, Florida

we bought a sofa and loveseat and a dining table set.when we get the sofa and loveseat on monday it came damage.so i call on tuesday morning to get a refund they tell me they dont do that i could get the same thing or something different.so on wednesday they charge me 40 dollars to deliver the sofa and its the next day already and im still waitin for the loveseat to get change.

they tell me its goin to geet deliver by the end of the day but its not true they hang up the phone on me and the owner doesnt want to talk to me on the phone.i want to cancel the order of the dining room set that i order since i dont like they service and the way they treatin me but they tellin me no and i pay for it already. i regret the day i enter that store and bought my furniture.i advise to anybodt dont buy from them and double check your stuff if u do buy from them.
