I'm a store manager and my driver's love their job. It is up to the store manager to keep the delivery service happy. The owners do not interfere with the relationship between the managers and their drivers. All they ask is to make sure the drivers are trustworthy, good with customers and can pass an extensive background check.
As far as Billy Belford only talking about money.....the only time I hear the owners talk about money is when they discuss ways of cutting costs to drive the prices lower. They emphasize "passing the savings on to the customer" on a daily basis and remind us every day how important our customers are to our success.
