 I have had AG warranty for nearly 3 years now and my contract will soon expire. They have made every warranty work service request difficult to the point multiple repair companies have quit on me with each one loosing time and money. This most current request for repairs has been ongoing since August and it is now nearly February! Two companies have quit after turning in every little thing and request the warranty company made due to the warranty company refusing to give approval for the service regardless that all repairs were items covered by my extended warranty plan. Whenever I call them to find out why my work isn't being approved, they refuse ever getting any calls or requests. They are now even refusing I am calling them even though I have phone records showing calls made. Two companies have already quit due to the harassment and hassle and lost time in the 10 hour area each just on phone with them providing all the required information and jumping thru all their exhaustive hoops. The third company is now no longer returning my calls either and parts of my RV are still torn apart in expectance of an adjusted to approve service work is required for each and every single item turned in. My plan covers a mobile repair service especially if the unit cannot be moved due to the failure however although my jack is stuck down and will not release to be able to move unit they refused to allow someone to put it down so I could get it into a local shop for a large list of repairs and now that they know how much the repaid are coming to this request they want me to pay out of pocket to have someone to put the jack up and supposedly will reimburse me partially for the expense. I find this highly unlikely since they are refusing all the work in general and have not paid completely on past warranty work requests and my policy states I have to have prior approval to have anything reimbursed. Since they're saying I have never even called and they have not told me I could have this done in August but now in January are saying I can I doubt I would be reimbursed at all. I have done everything they have asked and so have the repair facilities however I cannot get an approval for my repairs regardless of what information they require and are provided. They don't even care if I tell them a lawyer will care that they are failing to uphold the terms of the contract and approve my repairs. No one in my current local area for a distance of 50+ miles will even attempt to file a claim to get my work done now as they figure something has gone wrong since parts of my RV are pulled apart for diagnoses and auditor inspector visit that never happened. This company has done nothing but take my money and only after exhaustive efforts paid any claims this far and since I'm close to the end of my term with $5000+ worth of warranty work will not give approval at all. This company is a total scam sand if been better off paying cash and never having warranty however it is to late now!
