My AC went out about 6 weeks ago. I filed a claim with AHS to have it fixed.They sent out a repair company that said my evap coil was leaking and it would cost around $2000 to replace it. AHS offered me $773 towards the repair afterr calling the corporate offices and filing a BBB complaint.

The sales rep assured me when I signed up for the service there were no "gotchas" or fine print type of wording that would surface once it was time to file a claim. He said "if it cant be repaired it will be replaced up to $5000,all I have to pay is the up front service fee of $125.

Please don't fall for this company's shallow claim of "America's best home warranty" They are just like all the rest.
