In January our dishwasher was not working properly and we ended up having to hand wash 1/2 the load every time.
Prior to this that was not an issue. We called AHS in January and they sent out the first company to repair it. Long story short, THREE companies later and after replacing every part they could think of, the unit still does not clean like it was which tells me it just is not good anymore and should be replaced.
Even 2 of the repair companies AHS sent out said good luck to us in trying to get AHS to replace the unit - even though they say they will in their advertising they never do! My wife called AHS asked to speak to a manager and we were promised a phone call from a manager within 48 hrs - that was MONTHS ago and we have not heard from anyone! They also said they would be sending out a FOURTH company to look at the unit AGAIN and we have not heard back from anyone as well. I have been a faithful customer of AHS for 6 years and always paid my premium on time! All Im asking is for them to live up to their word and FIX my unit or REPLACE it!!! Simple customer service and doing whats right!
UPDATE - contacted the AHS local rep who contacted someone in HQ. They sent out company number FOUR to look at the dishwasher and once again we were told to try a different detergent! So long story short...no change in their policy. As well, AHS sent us a letter in DEC saying they have opted not to renew our policy! So, I guess when you challenge them and take them to the mat, this is the way they react - VERY unprofessional!!! And we were FAITHFUL and REPEAT customers of their for SEVEN years! Nice to know that after 7 years this is how you get treated. They should fire the President and every senior staff member and get someone in there who really and truly gets what good customer service is because they surely have no idea.
