American Income Lloyd Agencies Sabrina Lloyd Dishonest Disrespectful so called "leaders" Schaumburg Illinois

I'll start with saying I am extremely disgusted with Sabrina Lloyd's attitude in the office as well as out the office. Before going into the experience of working with Lloyd agencies. I'll just mention that the words she preaches on Mondays and Thursday meetings are so contradicting to her behavior out of the office. There is a local shop employees at Lloyd agencies go to for company shirts and business cards. When going into the store to invest in business cards for this "opportunity" the employee started conversation about Lloyd agencies and how many of us come in for supplies. She proceeded to inquire about Sabrina Lloyd and her position and began speaking about her experience she had with her when she came into their office. She spoke about how she was the most rude person she had ever met and how she had a terrible attitude the last time she came into the store. This ALONE speaks volumes for the kind of "leader" Lloyd agencies has. Its humorous to hear her preach integrity and good attitude when outsiders can see what a disgusting attitude she has. That aside, my experience at Lloyd agencies was terrible.

When I was interviewed I was extremely mislead in the job,responsibilities, and pay.. In fact, I barely recieved that information. Although we did not receive pay for the first 2 weeks of training I accepted the situation and invested all my energy in learning the script they claimed would bring my success. I quit my job to truly invest my time and energy into this company which in the long run did more harm than good. Regardless, after over 5 weeks of no pay or help from management I began to grow frustrated. Especially when promised GREAT pay would begin in the 1st week after training. With details aside I was disgusted to hear how agents were receiving their sales. Being deceitful and lying their ways to success. The company is separated into teams to create a "competitive" spirit. But when beginning to work at the office you can see the angry stinkfaced managers and agents walking around like they are miserable. To sit back and observe the behavior of the majority will disgust you. Managers and especially SABRINA LLOYD calling people out, belittling, and making inappropriate and unprofessional statements and swearing. Then proceed to claim it is "to make you better". Now I have invested years in self development and the atmosphere in that office conflicts with some of the core qualities of leaders.

Besides the manipulating, deceitful, negative behavior and attitude in that office. Sabrina Lloyd uses intimidation to manipulate people. Its hilarious how she "only speaks with you once you are successful" I laugh at her every time I see that crazy face giving a "inspiring speeches" she may have money but is not humbled in any way.. Or fails to portray it in any way.. Its sad to see how they brainwash people to believe this is the ONLY opportunity available.. Don't be fooled my friends.. In addition to the negative atmosphere beware of illegal activities happening in that office. Using intimidation to quiet people from reporting anything happening managers and Sabrina Lloyd will do anything to continue to have success. If you don't mind sacrificing your happiness and integrity for money then by all means this "opportunity" is for you.
