If you are a serious marketer who relies on email as a channel to reach your audience, I strongly recommend against using AWeber. They clearly do not have a commitment to customer service.

After publishing an infographic on my blog AmericanInfographic.com and internal decision was made to ban my account.

The infographic originated from Porn Hub.com, but contained no adult content. It was a data visualization on web searches.

Aweber canceled my account without notifying me. I lost several years of signups from my worldwide subscriber base (the blog is followed by nearly 30k people).
