American Leisure Credit Card ripoff Fraudulent ripoff business from hell consumer rip-off fraud Sunrise Florida

Withdrawls from account by numberous companies and promise to provide credit card for one time fee and nothing ever arrived but headaches

I like so many others needed to re-establish a good credit history American Leisure Credit card company made promises to do just that for a one time fee of 199.90. Needless to say when I tried to cancel due to a death in the family and costly funeral expences, I was unable to.

Now the nightmare began, Not only was the $199.90 withdrawn from my account so was two ten dollars service fees another $54.90 from E-phone then again another $54.90 for E-phone and another $99.00 for Household Protection Services. None of which I knew anything about or even was provided anytype of service.

I live from pay day to pay as do most people and support a family of three, I have substained numberous overdraft fees and no one is willing to help. Household Protection Services is the only company willing to send a refund check. All these companies were given authorization through American Leisure and the account info to make the auto withdrawls. Consumers beware- now is the time to fight back against consumer fraud.

To date I am out over $600.00 and facing eviction. How do you tell a ten year old that you don't have enough money to pay the rent, especially shortly after her father shot and killed himself? I am not a quiter, and I will fight this to the end.
