The American Memorial life insurance company that used to be Mayflower national insurance sold us life insurance for my brother in 1999. He passed away in 2005 and the insurance refused to honor their contract and his will by paying me as his beneficiary (his sister). Instead they gaved it to a tenant lady in 2007.
We never knew that the tenant lady recieved the money from life insurance of my brother until last month. After reporting them to BBB , they tried to play their denial games but admited that it was paid to tenant who had absolutly nothing to do with my brother.
This company is scam and cheats comsumers . We have spokedn to them but after they realized their mistake, they do not want to pay us the amount they owe me. I was under my brother will and insurance policy as indicated in their record .
