I paid $49.00 or more to this company for Phillip, my son to have his poem "That Is All You Can Do" to be placed into the poetry collection of anthology which comes in a traditional hardbound coffee table. the book was describe with a gold-embossed cover to the acid free opaque paper, from the print quality to the case binding.

Phillip's poem we were told had ben selected for publication in their upcoming collection of fine poetic works entitled: "expressions" ISBN:(0-743429-7-1) this letter was written and sent to us on 8-20-04. Inclosed is the last information that I recieved from this company and they still have never sent the book. We have waited too long for this book of poetry to be sent to us and still want what we have paid for. We would appreciate anything that you can do to help us get his book that we have rightfully paid for.

The origional money order was paid for at a Walmart close to where I live. I have however lost the reciept when I moved from my previous residence.

I'm not really sure what happened but I entered in the system that you did place an order and I placed Phillip's poem in our book entitled Expressions, which is being typeset as this is written. It will be about 2-3 months before it can be shipped out. I hope this clears everything up. Let me know. Syril Thank you.

Syril,I am assuming that Teresa G. Stimpson is no longer there at the company. Is that right? You have just recently sent me an e-mail stating that you had sent me an e-mail previously to this most recent one. The latest e-mail is the only one that I have received from you.You were saying that you were disturbed by my case and wanted to check your records to make sure you have my order. You stated that very often we get confused with other companies, such as Famous Poets and poetry.com. You asked me to send proof of my order (a credit card statement or cancelled check) to get this figured out. Let me say this. I always pay by cash or money order. I have NO credit cards and I do NOT write checks of any kind. In addition to-- How can there be a mistake when the address of where to send the money for the order etc. came specifically form the information in the original letter sent us? It there is a mistake, it comes from the people who sent out the information in the letter. That is not my fault. In the letter I sent you this past week, contained much wording directly from the letter sent by American Poets society. Is that a mistake also? The e-mail address which came to you was also from the letter as was the ISBN number was given us concerning the poem. I am afraid the mistake came not from any misunderstanding on my part I assure you. Have you even found the Poem of which the ISBN number was even associated with, written by my son, PHILLIP RUTTER? The money sent you was on a WAL MART money order and was put in the mail within 10 minutes of buying the money and
> > mailed at the post office IN WAL MART. It may sound like I am angry and I AM angry over this. This is NOT MY error, but the error is on your end and I expect for it to be made right. Waiting 52 week in comparison to a couple months or so is a bit un-nerving in my eyes. Then to top it off you come back and say that there is some sort of misunderstanding. That is an outrage. It has been so long since I got the money order that I can't even remember how much it was. It was a financial hardship to obtain the money to begin with to send the order off. It took food out of my mouth I can assure you that. I don't get paid much. It may have been around $50-$60.00 for the book. I just don't remember. Because never being able to get through to you people by phone and I NEVER expected to hear from you now. Since I have I expect for you to make it right. You people need to make it right. If you can print my granddaughter's poetry, why can't you make this right.
