May 2004 our mortgage was sold to American Servicing Company. By the end of May we recived a letter from Ocwen telling us it was sold. With in days we recieved another letter from American Servicing telling us we were in forclosure, then the fees started. We called ocwen and they did not have a clue. After repeated attempts we finally got a letter stating that all was cleared up and there was no forclosure. so we sent this letter to american servicing company, once again there was a hassle with the company as well as the attorney the sent this through [which they told us to call them and fax them this letter also].

For months now we have been playing catch up. sending them payments only for them to sent them back or hold onto them for 3 to 4 weeks or just say nothing was recieved yet. Well it is September now we thought we where all caught up and currant and by what the stament says we are. until 9/22/04 We recieved a certified letter from court saying we are in forclosure, my husband called them explain what is going on andd they say we will take care of it, which means once agian they are sending us the letter for with draw of forclosure and we sendit to the attorney that is handleing this case. We have been asking what about are credit and months of this. This whole thing is very confusing and would take alot longer to explain. But this is the jist of it. Just keep every letter form that they send. watch closly and keep calling them or you will be forgotten.

You ask questions and get no straight answers or lies.

You request account information and they refuse to provide it, or the information you get from them is wrong.

You provide the proof of payments and they refuse to correct it. In fact they ignore the information you send.

You send in receipts and letters and get no responses.
