We purchessed a pallet jack from the company threw a recommendation from another company. When we recived the pallet jack and charger it ran good for the first week then we started to have battery problems. After numerous calls and conversations with American Surplus techs they sent us a operators manual.
All along we were thinking our charging problems was due to our lack of experiance with this type of equipment and batteries. Now we called Crown in to resurch why the batteries wouldnt charge and the tech told me the charger was older than dirt and not working. I have had this unit less than a year and it has been a problem since week one.
Do your self a favor DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY because once they sell you thier old tired junk they will not stand by it.
