Mention how you claimed to own 75% of a company so you could get a bigger deduction, when in fact you owned much less. Your a real good boy arent you? You even screwed the government. What about that nice man in Phenix City you owe over 20,000 dollars? What about all the people you owe money? Can you address that? The countless companys that you have not paid?

The fact is this, your wrong. This whole thing started because you called a company where Justin was shipping product, and had them send you Justins check. It all started because you got your facts wrong. Justin did not breach any responsibilties.

Often used our personal finances to cover you debts and buy things the company needed.

That was always funny to me, you tried to make your company sound so big, that it had "departments". When in fact it was you on your computer in a spare room, a 10x20 action building in my yard, which Justin purchased, and a woman in another state that answered the phone. A woman by the way that has an outstanding balance with our company and has for a while, did you encourage her not to pay? Well that balance just keeps going up!

If you want to truly have a "rebuttal" answer the questions, not just attack me and my family.
As soon as Justin gets back I intend to have him update all the info on the website, then people can read the court cases and see that in fact they are slander cases. Which by the way, thanks for filing!! We held off because we knew you would, see if we had had to file on you it would have to have been in washington and it would have cost alot more.

The Gingriches are DEFENDANTS. They have been charged in WA and GA for two completely different reasons.

They committed torts in both States and they were sued. If the suit in WA is frivolous and without merit, then they should actually try to prove that rather than spout off here and mislead. Mr. Gingrich of Ranger Knives was caught red-handed in a bold face lie after he signed a contract. He denied it. He was shown the evidence and given an opportunity to correct himself. He defended the lie. The legal dispute ensued. It's that simple.

Yes, the preliminary injunction in WA was denied (essentially a verdict before a trial). The case however, which regards their illegal use of my name as a domain registration, was hardly dismissed.

To date, both suits are active and they are obliged to make their defense. It is a lie to make any representation otherwise. In fact, it is my understanding that the Gingriches and their local attorney still have not responded to the WA complaint, resorting to stall tactics instead.

If local law enforcement actually found merit in their claims, they could have acted immediately, brought charges, and effectuated an arrestnone of which occurred. Law Enforcement does not require a warrant to make an arrest.

I challenge the Gingriches to prove their claims in court, as they answer for their misconduct, defamation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, slander, and libel. They can cry victim all they like there, where it will get no mileage.

The Gingriches have claimed on their illegal website that they have no resources to advance their claims in court. However, they retained two law firms to defend them when sued. The lies, deceit, misinformation, and Jerry Springer theatrics endure because it's all they have.

The Gingriches need to actually bring their fight in court or shut up. If they want to file charges on Rule 11, then they should file rather than say I am in peril of being charged. What idiocy.

Justin and Jennifer Gingrich are defendants in two civil actions brought against them as a result of their misconduct and defamation.

Mr. Gingrich was notified of his breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract in February of this year by corporate counsel. He had entered into a Separation Agreement with American Tomahawk in bad faith and was caught red handed. He was disengenous in his dealings and had attempted to leverage the remaining partners good will to his advantage.

Mrs. Gingrich's retaliatory postings here and elsewhere on the Internet are their only venue because they have no case and no substantive claims. Their postings here have been forwarded to our attorneys.

I have neither been charged with theft nor a crime of any kind in my entire life. This website's apparent failure to exercise any due diligence before allowing it to become a platform on which someone is called a ripoff artist and a thief is reprehensible.

The Gingrichs have been formally admonished by counsel for their misuse of the justice system and for their ongoing misrepresentations. These communications are a matter of record.
