American Traffic Solutions - Plate Pass Plate Pass Ripoff Nationwide

Rented a car from Hertz and paid tolls while on vacation. Our last day trying to go to the Golden gate bridge we passed the off ramp had to cross the bridge and turn around back across. The bridge did not offer any lanes to pay the $7.00 toll on the way back, I expected to get charged but $24.75 in admin fees from a company I did not know I was in business with. Unlike every other option like CDW and so fourth there was no mention of this service provider in the "regular print"  of my Hertz contract. There was no visable device, no open "this" to use service and NO mention of a "toll device" in the car that charges you daily at $4.95 a day if you cross a toll any day. Highly unethical and seems like a RIPOFF to get a bill of $31.75 for a $7.00 toll
