this company american trucker legal assoc. they get upset when you want to cancel service with them and send your account to collections which they use crowne one . american trucker legal assoc. don't let you know that if you want to cancel service with them you have to do it in writing. i wrote them a letter and they said that they never received it . they don't warned you that your account is going to collections they just send it . i call and talk to some lady name virgina at the billing dept. and was very rude . i asks her why my account was send to collections and she said your account is at collections , i can only do two things give you collection number (crowne one) or hung up on you. i was trying to explain that i never received any letter about my account final notice and she kept cutting me off and repeating its only 2 things i can do give you there number or hung up the call. this company it not recommended to any body out there trying to get legal help. there are companies that help you with legal service with out any monthly fees. you could avoid your name going to collections and dealing with people that only care about making money and not helping custermers out with there ticket problems. do your research before you think about hiring american trucker legal assoc. to help you with your legal problems. do your research truckers . good look drive safe.
