beware of this payday scammer. i was online researching for low cost advances when i came across american web loan. there was not much info so i inquired about what the rates and terms were. i was redirected online and had fill out information first, when i did, i was qouted an outrageous rate and terms and closed out the site. shortly after that i recieved an email that money was deposited into my checking account. i did not fill out a disclosure statement or sign for any documents. this bad business has been withdrawing funds from account days before my payday creating overdraft fees. i have filed a complaint against this business which has a f rating with the better business bureau. i have found out that most online lending to not abide by rules and frequently change locations making it difficult to serve papers. i have also informed my bank to stop the ach withdraws as they were not authorized.
