Their internet site advertises "Money back Guarantee" and, "Will Not Charge Until Shipper" .  These are lies.  This site is a total ripoffand should be prosecuted.

I ordered a camera online on 9/20/15.  On 9/21/15 I got an email saying that they could not process payment until I called them.  I did and was sold additional bundle and had to unblock my credit card. I was told my order would be delivered in 7 days.

On 9/24/15 I received an email saying the camera was sent to the warehouse for shipping.

On 9/28/15 I tried to call the number provided in my emails to check on the order's progress because i never got a tracking number and could not get past the voicemail hold music.  I stayed on hold for over 45 minutes.  I did this several times with the same result

Frustrated, I sent an email asking for order status on 9/29/15 and got no reply.

I called again on 9/30/15 with the same result.  I sent an email to cancel my order and the email could not be delivered. I called my credit card company to block payment and discoverd they had charged me.  I disputed the charge and I was given adifferent telephone number (317-559-3880).

I called and after a few minutes on hold I told the person, who never identified himself, that I wanted to cancel my order.  He told me it was shipped.  I asked for a tracking number and he said i would be getting one via email.  I told him I was refusing the shipment and that I wanted a refund.  He said I would get a refund AFTER A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.  Then he hung up on me.

As i write this it is 10/2/15 and I not received either the camera or and email with a tracking number.

After doing some research on the net i see that this how they do business,  They take orders, charge the card and don't ship the product and make themselves nearly impossible to contact.

DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.  THEY SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL FOR FRAUD.
