Americanstandard online.com is listing ficticious information, about homes that are in pre forclosure.
Alot of the homes they have listed are not in preforeclosure, the owners are not aware that their homes are even listed on their website.
I personally spoke with several of the owners of these homes and they are not now or have never wanted to sale their homes. they have no late payments, and some homes are even totally paid off, there is no mortgage on them.
When you contact the company with these facts then nobody wants to speak with you, you are hung up on. or the sales people are very rude and tell you to file a complaint.
Whatever you do DO NOT do business with these scammers. They need to be fully investigated and taken off the internet.
I have encouraged the homeowners that are listed the please make a formal complaint.
