My mother placed the order. She is 87 and on a fixed income. After talking to her about her finances, she realized that the product was too expensive and asked me to return the product.  

The policy of the company provided in the box states that if the order is cancelled, at 10% fee would be charged. The call staff refused to accept the return of this product despite the stated policy on their materials. They argued that they told my mother that the purchase is non- refundable but my mother does not recall that.

Regardless, their stated policy allows for returns. They should honor their written policies.
