America's Best whole staff at Raleigh Pleasant Valley Shopping Promenade. Absolutely rudest people operating business I have ever seen. No need to make an appointment, they do not go by the scheduled time. When asked why it was taking 2 hours longer than appointment to be seen initially, staff was extrememly rude, walked off from talking. Terrible staff. Don't know how glasses are: Walked out! Raleigh North Carolina

Made an appointment for me and friend. Went early, because I was told that it may be busy.. Wanted to be prompt, and be seen as quickly as possible. When we got there, we were given information sheet to fill out. We returned them to front desk, and was told to wait, it would be a few mins..

We waited and waited. Kept seeing people that came in after us be seen and leave. When we questioned why we were not being seen, they went to pull our paperwork. They had lost it!! The girl we were talking to kept saying she did not know, she did not know... ANYTHNG! She got up and walked away in the middle of conversation, to avoid our questions. Finally, they found paperwork and told one of us that we would be seen next. It had already been 2 hours.

When he was taken in to pre-screen, he was told they do not have a contact class on Saturdays. He asked if they had one Monday that he could come to, and was told "no" they do not do them on Monday either. We had wasted 2 hours of time there and only one of us had gotten past waiting area, albeit barely.

When a lady went to tell the pre-screening lady there was a complint, and was looking for paperwork, she replied, "she didn't care, she was seeing someone every 15 mins." Staff became extremely nasty, even more rude, and ignored our questions more.

We walked out and I called the Durham store. I was told by area manager, Catherine, that they do have contact classes on Saturday, even if it is only one person, they will take them back and go through the routine with client. She said they definitely DID have them on Monday's and every other day of the week. She apologized for our trouble, and informed me that she had made the initial appointments and had scheduled them when their store schedule was the least booked. There was no reason we should have had to wait so long..

She told us to come to her store, 30 miles away, and she also gave him a discount for the troubles. I would not go to the Raleigh store again, and it is 5 mins from my job! It is terrible that a great company would hire such unprofessional people to operate it and cost them business.
