America's Locksmith, 24/7 Locksmith Late, Ripped off, Didn't finish the work, Let me into a house that wasn't mine Chicago Illinois

I called America's Locksmith and they set an appointment for me.  The locksmith arrived one hour late.  They didn't ask me for any id when they arrived.  The guy said he couldn't do the work unless I charged his drill.  I was locked out so how was I going to charge his drill.  

He starts drilling and opened the door in about 10 minutes.  After the door was open he then said he couldn't put a new lock on the door because the door was too wide.  So he puts the broken lock back on and charges me $300.  I was quoted $19 for the service call and $35 for each lock replaced.  He also demanded I pay cash although the website states that they take credit cards.

Two days later he comes back to finish the job.  We had an appointment for 6pm and he showed up at 7:45pm.  After the work was completed he charged me another $150.  I then requested another receipt and he told me he couldn't write me one because this job was a "side job".  I didn't hire him on the side, I hired America's Locksmith and they sent me a subcontracter.

I called America's Locksmith and they said I would have to call back in the morning.  Then I called 24/7 Locksmith because they were the subcontractors and to my surprise they didn't have any service info for me.  This is the guy's number 312-576-7373 and when I asked for his name he told me it was "Locksmith".
