This is America's Second Chance Pit's Rescue aka Second Chance Pit's Rescue in KY ran by Garret S Akins and Libby Keeton Akins. This rescue is not a 501 c 3 rescue at all, yet they do solicit donations online. They even posted about Facebook making them change their name on Facebook so they added America's to the beginning because apparently another rescue was already using that name. This is what their rescue looks like.....now picture it in the dead of winter when dogs are freezing to death outside.
This is what they say they feed their dogs: Ol"Roy
I don't see any meat and fresh veggies mixed in with that Ol"Roy like Libby claims, do you? Later she posted that they mix in veggies and rice every other day for them, no mention of meat.
Above is Libby complaining about how horrible their new transport company is yet they are on Facebook posting how they are still using them to bring them more dogs. Yesterday she said she reported them to the police because dogs were missing and a week late, so why on Earth would they still use them if this is true?

They said they don't save in Kentucky because they don't have Pit Bulls in need there (lol, yea right. Interesting that their local ac has them dna). They also claimed Devore has heartstick and gas when they do neither.
