i purchased this trailer the beginning of june and took possession june 19th.Filed my first report june 21st with jason due to shoody workmanship,particularly the paint job. it took numerous calls and emails for jason to get back to me and then he accused me of just trying to beat him down on the price.Could not get any results before i left on a cross canada and states trip......5 days before i left jason contacted me and said if i wasn,t happy to take it back to buffalo and ship it back.I said he could pick it up at my address and was leaving in 5 days.LOTS of issues while on the trip.....worst being the hitch sold with this deal , that bolts to the bike, broke on one side, bent and dug into a new tire as i was driving down the road at 70 mph !!!!! PAINT BUBBLED REAL BAD, CHROME RACK ON TOP TURNED BROWN FROM RUST,CHROME WHEELS ARE ALL RUSTED NOW,COOLER ALMOST FELL OFF DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION, WIRING ON THE TRAILER WAS A NIGHTMARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. on and on and on..............i have reported this to both , the bbb and the state.
