I contacted Americas Print House ( AmericasPrintHouse.com ) to get an estimate on having some brochures made. I sent them the art work on how I wanted them to look, they emailed me stating that they needed my credit card on file before they could start, which I did give them the information and was told by JOHN that they would process my card once I oked a proof. They sent me one proof which was completely wrong and so far from what I wanted. I emailed JOHN several times and never got a return response and I called their office and left two messages for him to call me back, I needed these brochures asap. After a week goes by, with not once response to my several attempts, I emailed him again stating that I need to finish these brochures and if I dont hear from you by the end of the day, I will go to another printing company. No response once again, I went to another company, they jumped on the work and got it done and in my hands within a week! I get my credit card statement and I see that they charged my credit card for almost $1,000 and I never got any product and after several emails and phone calls went unanswered. I called them up and they denied my refund because they said they did my artwork. Now remember, the art work wasn't even close to my design, I email and called several times and no one answered, which there are several other complaints against this company with the BBB just like mine. And they refuse to return my artwork and all my photos that I wanted to include in my brochure. Never use this company, check BBB for complaints other people filed. So I'm out alot of money and I have no product.This company should be ashamed of theirselves. DONT USE THIS COMPANY - SCAM.........
