Ameriquest settled with the state of Ohio attorney general for bbillions of dollars to help borrowers that were screwed by ameriquest. Well this was sometime ago now here i am in a variable mortgage that was supposed to be fixed and and interest Rate higher than the MAfia charges and am loosing my home of 18 years. You know it is a shame that any one company can have this many complaints and still be in business.

I hope that the politicians in ohio and ameriquest feel better at lining there pockets at the poor working classes expense. I am going to file a deed in Lieu of foreclosure I tried to call and do this and of course guess what NO ANSWER like everyone else says. This is great we can vent here but no one is doing anything and if they have they don't enforce it this is sad America where we are silently being run into the ground by crooked politicians and a Judicial system that is protecting this scum.
